I am a big big fan of all things Smashbox its most definitely one of my most fave brands. I ran out of my beloved Smashbox primer a couple of weeks ago and when I went to buy a new one I discovered they had a new primer on the market. At first I was tempted to stick with the old reliable I had intended to buy, however I threw caution to the wind and decided to give the Primer Oil a try. I did ask the sales assistant if she would recommend it and she said it was so new that she hadn’t tried it yet and she hadn’t heard if it was good or not. I have combination skin and am not really a fan of putting oils on my skin with the exception of night time when I feel my skin needs a little extra moisture boost. I was concerned that using a oil as a primer would make my make up slide off my face and perhaps it would look greasy. I’m glad to say I was wrong, so after cleansing & toning my skin I then moisturise as normal. Next I use a couple of drops of the primer and leave it to set for a couple of minutes before I apply my make up. The result was just as good as the original Smashbox Photo Finish Primer. The difference in my opinion is that this product will last forever. I’ve had it a couple of weeks and have been using it every day and there is lots left in the bottle, I just think its a more economical option and definitely worth giving it a try. It transforms your face into a perfect canvas for your make up. I am sure girls with dry skin will just love this product. #greatlookingskin #pretty #makeup #smashbox
