Isn’t this weather glorious, I’ve heard so many people say if it was like this all the time they wouldn’t want to travel anywhere else and I agree even Tuesday evening we jumped into the car and drove to Johnnie Foxes sat outside with a cool glass of diet coke, it was such a lovely novelty.
I hope you are all enjoying this lovely heatwave, but I just want to remind you all of the importance of using sunscreen as well as preventing premature lines and wrinkles it can save your life !!
Everyone should be using sunscreen but it is especially important if you are getting chemo or radiation or have had it recently your skin is especially sensitive and you will burn easily. So cover up, lash the sunscreen on and enjoy this lovely weather.
My favourite sunscreen for my face is LaRoche Posay Anthelios XL factor 50 it’s brilliant and dosent dry out your skin. For the face just remember M&S , moisturise first then sunscreen.
For my body my new fave is actually a kids one but I just love the convenience and ease of application, it’s the Nivea Roll on sunscreen. It’s just so handy I wouldn’t go anywhere without it oh and it gets the thumbs up from Rhys.
