We all know the benefits of drinking our 8 glasses / 2ltrs of water daily, if you don’t here is some of them, I am sure there is so many more.

Make sure it’s ice cold – there is no drink more refreshing that Icey cool water.
Slice some cucumber and mint leaves for a zesty cool drink
Add some lemon slices for a fab lemony fresh drink
Make a berry berry nice drink add some strawberries / blueberries for a fruity yummy drink
Try some fizzy water; squeeze some lemon juice into it now that is one super refreshing drink excellent replacement for sugary carbonated drinks
Slice orange / lemon/ lime for a citrus explosion
Have a cup of green tea ( if you don’t like the regular green tea try lemon or peppermint flavour green teas)
Have a mug of hot water with Lemon – if you want to be extra good add a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink first thing each day about 20 mins before you eat.
