For anyone who has followed Breast Friends will be familiar with the issues I have been having with my skin. For about 2 years now I have been prone to break outs. I bought so many products. I have tried different brands , at times I would experience a temporary fix but really nothing worked. I was in a cycle of constantly getting breakouts. At times i could have up to 8 spots on my nose at the same time, it was just plain embarrassing. Tom also nearly lost his life because he would say from time to time “ya got another spot there and your skin used to be so good” .

Then one morning when I woke up and looked in the mirror I just thought enough is enough, I contacted Dublin Skin & Laser and booked myself in for a peel and skin consultation.
Girls there were times when I would have 7 spots on my nose or I would have really big angry spots. I was becoming very self-conscious and I blamed my acne on Tamoxifen because I really hadn’t had any skin problems since I was a teen.

Her feeling was that it wasn’t Rosacea but I had over used product on my skin and totally stressed and agitated it.

I really like this idea as you won’t be tempted to buy every product and over use, which is something I would usually do. Also Coleen gave me in-depth instruction on how to use the products which was helpful as I have a tendency to over use but now I know I will be using the products as they were intended to be used thus getting maximum benefit.
I really can’t believe how the mixture of the peels and products has literally transformed my 42 year old FACE. 2 months on and I have probably had 3 spots which is a huge improvement on the multiple spots that I was getting. So girls Alumier is now my go to brand, I love the way the clinic will tailor my prescription from time to time to ensure I am achieving excellent results.
So as Alumier is a medical grade product (but it feels luxurious) you will need to book an appointment with a clinic that stocks it, you cannot just buy it online or in a shop as you need to see a therapist in the clinic before you can buy products. I think this is brilliant because you are not going to over use or use the product incorrectly.
